Structural Types
Based on structural type, screw jacks are classified as follows:
Type 1 - The lead screw undergoes simultaneous rotational and axial motion;
Type 2 - The lead screw undergoes rotational motion, while the nut on the screw undergoes axial motion.
Assembly Types
Each structural type of screw jack is further subdivided into two assembly types:
Type A - The lead screw (or nut) moves upward;
Type B - The lead screw (or nut) moves downward.
Lead Screw Head Types
For Type 1 structural jacks, the lead screw head is classified into four types:
I (Cylindrical), II (Flange), III (Threaded), and IV (Flat).
For Type 2 structural jacks, the lead screw head is classified into two types: I (Cylindrical) and III (Threaded).
Transmission Ratios
Screw jacks are available with two transmission ratios: Standard (P) and Slow (M).
Lead Screw Protection
For Type 1 screw jacks, lead screw protection options include: Basic, Anti-rotation (F), and With Protective Cover (Z);
For Type 2 screw jacks, lead screw protection options include: Basic and With Protective Cover (Z).
